About the opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our sales-hacking mission. This position is perfect for individuals with initial experience in sales. You will be part of a dynamic and engaging team where you will gain insights into startups, SaaS, business growth, and sales.

What will be your main responsibilities?

You will primarily focus on generating outbound leads by researching the US market to identify potential companies for our tool. Subsequently, you will initiate contact through various channels to create curiosity about Growbots. Your objective is to secure the individual's initial interest and arrange the first meeting with a potential customer. Once this is accomplished, you will pass the contact to our Account Executives to proceed with product presentation and onboarding.

Daily tasks include:

  • Engaging with prospects and managing discussions to schedule platform demonstrations
  • Developing cold-email campaigns and testing innovative tactics
  • Utilizing social networks for sales, particularly LinkedIn
  • Conducting cold calls to potential leads
  • Implementing video prospecting
  • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Creating automated outbound processes through various tools
Qualifications

Essential requirements for this role:

  • Experience in outbound sales, multichannel strategies, and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level (both verbal and written)
  • Openness to learning (quick adaptability is key)
  • Resilience (handling rejection and embracing experimentation and iteration)
  • Strong organizational abilities and work ethic
  • Effective communication skills and empathy
  • Drive for achieving results and continuous improvement
