Obowiązki:

  • Koordynacja z firmą zewnętrzną w obszarze kadr i płac, w tym przygotowywanie danych do listy płac,
  • Sporządzanie i archiwizacja dokumentów kadrowych,
  • Obsługa umów cywilnoprawnych,
  • Aktualizacja danych w systemach kadrowo-płacowych,
  • Administrowanie benefitami dla pracowników,
  • Organizacja badań i szkoleń BHP,
  • Bieżąca obsługa spraw pracowniczych,
  • Tworzenie raportów i zestawień dla firmy.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze kadry i płace,
  • Dobra znajomość prawa pracy i ubezpieczeń społecznych,
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office (szczególnie Excel),
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym,
  • Odpowiedzialność, samodyscyplina, umiejętność pracy w zespole.
