Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Proactive and timely liaison with customers regarding status of assigned area orders,
  • Being first point of contact for Supply Chain queries and improvements,
  • Order taking and management of Domestic orders to customer ship dates and monthly sales targets,
  • Support team to resolve claims,
  • Effective and timely liaison with other departments to fulfil duties especially sales, Customer finance, distribution center, planning and 3rd parties Transportation Management (TMS),
  • Propose & lead selected department improvement initiatives,
  • Reporting & Inventory management,
  • Communication & Meetings.
  • Work closely with local sales and marketing teams
  • Look for opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications

  • English on level B2+
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills / ability to prioritize
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Fast & autonomous decision making
  • Strong feeling of ownership and courage to drive & lead the process
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to deal with complex data, multitude of markets and simultaneously "juggle many balls in the air"
