Dedicated Customer Care Representative-Senior

Do Twoich zadań będzie należało:

  • kompleksowa obsługa kluczowych klientów objętych opieką zespołu
  • obsługa korespondencji przychodzącej w ramach dedykowanych kolejek zespołu
  • wprowadzanie danych do systemu i przygotowywanie raportów dla wybranych Klientów strategicznych
  • prowadzenie korespondencji z zagranicznymi oddziałami oraz zespołami z całego świata
  • obsługa infolinii - odbieranie połączeń przychodzących zarówno Klientów dedykowanych jak i wsparcie infolinii ogólnej
  • procesowanie reklamacji
  • współpraca z zespołami handlowymi mająca na celu wypracowanie jak najwyższej jakości obsługi klientów
  • budowanie pozytywnych relacji w kontaktach z Kluczowymi Klientami

Ważne są dla nas:

  • biegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego – zarówno w mowie, jak i w piśmie – poziom min. B2
  • znajomość obsługi komputera i umiejętność łatwego poruszania się między różnymi ekranami i systemami
  • doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne
  • pozytywne nastawienie na rozwiązywanie problemów w celu znalezienia najlepszego rozwiązania dla klienta
  • zaufanie, empatia i życzliwość, aby zapewnić naszym klientom doskonałe wrażenia
  • elastyczność w dostosowywaniu się do dynamicznego otoczenia biznesowego
  • chęć pracy w międzynarodowym, dynamicznym środowisku
