On a daily basis, you will:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, with courtesy and professionalism
  • Manage backlogs and inboxes efficiently
  • Provide accurate and efficient solutions to client and team issues
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction and call resolution rates
  • Participate in coaching sessions, complete training modules, and demonstrate understanding of the material
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of SpotOn products, services, and policies

What skill set are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, restaurant, or related environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work both in-office and remotely
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in conflict resolution preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to de-escalate situations effectively
  • Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Salesforce, Talkdesk, or similar tools
  • Background in banking, finance, payments, or customer service an advantage
  • Previous retention role experience desirable
  • Aptitude for building lasting relationships with clients and peers

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish
  • Prior experience in the restaurant industry a plus
