We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team in Warsaw so you will have the impact on HR Services processes improvements across the European region.

As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations and services in Warsaw Hub and in entire region of Europe, with a focus on enhancing processes, optimizing efficiency, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across multiple departments and locations in Europe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country teams and HRS Leadership Europe Team to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive change and achieve measurable results.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and track the impact of continuous improvement efforts.
  • Communicate progress, successes, and challenges related to continuous improvement initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent project management and change management skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
