Financial services - new SSC in Warsaw - globally on the market for over 20 years.

Job Description
  • Foster a collaborative and positive culture, with mentorship, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous team improvement
  • Retain and grow revenue for assigned accounts overachieving on sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the global sales team to successfully onboard new customers
  • Build strong relationships and gather intelligence that will increase retention and uncover new revenue opportunities Maintain high levels of activity and regular customer engagement throughout the subscription via online meetings/emails Give product demonstrations and conduct presentations tailoring the value proposition to the customer's needs
  • Record all customer activities in internal systems, including Salesforce
The Successful Applicant
  • Leadership experience, ability to motivate and knowledge sharing skills
  • Focus on teams' continuous improvement in fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in sales and relationship management with business premium clients
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written); Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge of CRM tools would be a plus (Salesforce)
  • Experience in selling research/data may be particularly helpful
