Business Controller (JV & Affiliate Analyst) Miejsce pracy: Kraków Rekrutujemy dla Dla naszego Klienta, dużej Grupy Kapitałowej, poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko Kontrolera Biznesowego. Stanowisko będzie związane z bliską współpracą z kadrą zarządzającą Grupy. Rola w szczególności przewiduje weryfikację i rekomendacje dotyczące biznesplanów spółek zależnych (Joint Venture). Siedziba firmy mieści się w Krakowie.
Twój zakres obowiązków kontrola procesów biznesowych: weryfikacja budżetu, planów finansowych i analiza opłacalności inwestycji,
samodzielny nadzór nad spółkami zależnymi i partnerami biznesowymi Grupy Kapitałowej,
weryfikacja sprawozdań finansowych wraz ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kontroli biznesowej,
prowadzenie okresowych audytów właścicielskich i ocena efektywności działalności na tle rynku,
udział w procesach due dilligence oraz analiza celów akwizycyjnych,
propozycje dla Zarządu pod kątem optymalizacji biznesu i efektywności,
bieżąca współpraca z działami biznesowymi, w szczególności z działem Kontrolingu Finansowego,
wsparcie decyzji strategicznych i współudział w tworzeniu długoterminowych planów rozwoju,
sporządzanie analiz i rekomendacji dla potrzeb kadry zarządzającej.
Wymagania pracodawcy doświadczenie zawodowe na podobnym stanowisku: analityk biznesowy, kontroler finansowy, analityk M&A lub pokrewnym,
mile widziane doświadczenie związane z wycenami, M&A lub due dilligence w ramach BIG4,
bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego, min. B2,
bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej, samodzielność i konsekwencja w działaniu,
biegła znajomość narzędzi analitycznych (w szczególności Excel, obróbki i analizy danych, narzędzi do przygotowania prezentacji),
wysoka kultura osobista i umiejętność pracy z kadrą zarządzającą,
prawo jazdy kat. B i gotowość do podróży służbowych.
