Job Title: Invoice Processing Specialist at a Leading Animal Healthcare Company

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial review of invoices following specified guidelines
  • Scan invoices and input data into the ERP system
  • Validate invoices using OCR technology
  • Prepare invoices for storage and shipment
  • Assist Accounts Payable team in ensuring prompt invoice processing

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time and workload management abilities
  • Attention to detail and diligence in tasks
  • Some familiarity with Accounts Payable procedures is advantageous
  • Capability to work well under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Procure-to-Pay operations within an SSC/BPO setting is a plus
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or OCR systems is highly beneficial
