How do we work and what do we offer?

  • We operate in a hybrid model (2 days in the Warsaw office, Plac Konesera, and 3 days remotely)

Responsibilities

What are your daily tasks?

  • You will prepare yearly channel and client trends understanding and estimate future moves, along with prediction of impact on PEP. Comprehend and convey the top clients' strategy, align with the business's primary objectives.
  • You will lead Category Vision for SNA and BEVE, with an in-depth channel perspective, devising a clear strategy per channel with growth-oriented KPIs, contributing to Category Growth Plan (Snacks & Beverages) utilizing category expertise and specific PepsiCo insights.
  • You will oversee the World Class Customer Engagement process for selected top clients/channels, encompassing tracking and post-evaluation of the proposed agenda. Drive key outcomes and be accountable for translating them into actionable steps, accountabilities, and KPIs.
  • You will co-lead in collaboration with Market Development and Perfect Store Lead, cross-channel projects, contributing to the long-term PEP strategy (Simplify to Growth).
  • Actively identify opportunities for customized solutions, suggest and implement innovative approaches that can propel the company towards long-term growth and establish a competitive edge.
