What You Will Do:

This role focuses on driving profitable sales growth with a major customer in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, be committed to achieving company targets, and excel in building customer relationships. Externally, you will establish solid partnerships with customers, while internally, collaboration with stakeholders is key to align plans and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by developing strategies and solutions, fostering profitable partnerships
  • Expertly manage investments, budgets, and payments
  • Enhance customer contribution through improved mix and planning
  • Ensure long-term customer profitability and cooperation
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of accounts, distributors, and industry
  • Lead JBP, manage customer cycles, and negotiate contracts
  • Identify opportunities for mutual benefit through strategic action plans
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitors' actions to drive market share
  • Understand and align management priorities with different Go-to-Market solutions

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role
  • 5+ years experience in customer/sales or trade marketing management with a proven track record
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Results-oriented with operational discipline
  • Insights-driven with a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Proactive in challenging norms and adept in tough negotiations
  • Resilient, agile, and able to handle high-pressure situations
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the FMCG industry and ideally in pharma
  • Experience across multiple channels, particularly in the drugstore segment, and with various GTM models
