Currently we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Outbound Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial role in enriching and searching lists, prioritizing prospects based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria, company size, needs, and other relevant factors. If you are a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and client satisfaction, do not hesitate to reach us out.

- Enrich and search lists to identify potential prospects matching the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Prioritize prospects based on various criteria including ICP profile, company size, and needs.
- Conduct outreach activities via LinkedIn, X platform, email, and other channels.
- Engage in cold messaging and follow-ups to initiate and nurture relationships with prospects.
- Convert contacts into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Arrange and facilitate sales video calls with prospects.
- Discover client needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to the client's requirements.
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop the best solution for clients' challenges.
- Present proposals to clients and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Conduct sales pitches during video calls or over the phone, negotiating contracts where necessary.
- Extensive prior experience focused on outbound B2B
- Consulting capabilities. Demonstrated ability to think critically about client problems and provide innovative solutions, focusing on addressing client needs rather than just promoting products and features.
- Creative attitude to generation and conversion leads
- Strong command in English (Business & Technology on C1 level)

- Good understanding of IT Services market
- Practical experience in PRO PAYBACK sales framework (or other similar)
- Prior usage of HubSpot for sales (CRM basics, sequences, mailing)
- LinkedIn presence in IT Services industry
