As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will be part of the Client Solutions Team at our Warsaw office. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants in the compensation & benefits field. Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients from Nordic regions
  • Support clients with inquiries on Mercer products and services
  • Collect, verify, and interpret compensation and policy data
  • Conduct trainings, onboardings, and demos for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide support
  • Prepare reports and analysis on compensation & benefits data
  • Continuously enhance knowledge in compensation and benefits field

Our requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in compensation & benefits or customer support
  • Fluent in English (C1 level minimum)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and cooperation skills
  • Analytical skills with a good grasp of statistics
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Available for a full-time position with flexible hours
