Twój zakres obowiązków
- Aktywne poszukiwanie potencjalnych najemców biur serwisowanych,
- Prezentacja dostępnych powierzchni,
- Kompleksowa obsługa sprzedaży usług biur serwisowanych, w tym przygotowanie i negocjowanie umów najmu,
- Ścisła współpraca z innymi działami firmy,
- Monitoring i analiza rynku nieruchomości komercyjnych i ich najemców,
- Obsługa posprzedażowa i utrzymywanie odpowiednich relacji z klientami,
- Networking branżowy, udział i współorganizacja eventów,
- Przygotowywanie analiz i raportów,
- Inne zadania zlecone przez przełożonego.
Nasze wymagania
- Min. 3 letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w sektorze sprzedaży/wynajmu nieruchomości komercyjnych,
- Umiejętność budowania strategii sprzedaży i komunikacji,
- Doświadczenie w budowaniu procesów sprzedaży zgodnych z grupą docelową,
- Znajomość systemu CRM,
- Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu skutecznych działań prospectingowych,
- Umiejętność prowadzenia spotkań handlowych,
- Znajomość technik up-selling, cross-selling i umiejętność ich stosowania w codziennej pracy,
- Umiejętność prowadzenia analizy własnych działań i prowadzonych procesów
- Zaawansowana wiedza nt. rynku najemców,
- Umiejętność pracy w rozproszonej strukturze,
- Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego.
