Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Aktywne poszukiwanie potencjalnych najemców biur serwisowanych,
  • Prezentacja dostępnych powierzchni,
  • Kompleksowa obsługa sprzedaży usług biur serwisowanych, w tym przygotowanie i negocjowanie umów najmu,
  • Ścisła współpraca z innymi działami firmy,
  • Monitoring i analiza rynku nieruchomości komercyjnych i ich najemców,
  • Obsługa posprzedażowa i utrzymywanie odpowiednich relacji z klientami,
  • Networking branżowy, udział i współorganizacja eventów,
  • Przygotowywanie analiz i raportów,
  • Inne zadania zlecone przez przełożonego.

Nasze wymagania

  • Min. 3 letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w sektorze sprzedaży/wynajmu nieruchomości komercyjnych,
  • Umiejętność budowania strategii sprzedaży i komunikacji,
  • Doświadczenie w budowaniu procesów sprzedaży zgodnych z grupą docelową,
  • Znajomość systemu CRM,
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu skutecznych działań prospectingowych,
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia spotkań handlowych,
  • Znajomość technik up-selling, cross-selling i umiejętność ich stosowania w codziennej pracy,
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia analizy własnych działań i prowadzonych procesów
  • Zaawansowana wiedza nt. rynku najemców,
  • Umiejętność pracy w rozproszonej strukturze,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego.
