Your impact:

You will be involved in creating a secure and efficient digital system that facilitates online transactions by connecting e-commerce websites or mobile applications with financial institutions, allowing for the seamless transfer of funds between customers and merchants. You will be integrating various payment methods, such as credit cards, digital wallets, and alternative payment options, to offer customers a convenient and flexible payment experience, ultimately enabling businesses to securely accept payments online and manage their financial transactions effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant;
  • Must be able to speak clearly and effectively; Speak and understand English, Russian, and Polish well;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have friendly people skills;
  • Must be able to multitask;

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and staff members.
  • Maintain and organize office records, both physical and digital, while liaising with external accounting, legal, tax, and other governmental organizations.
  • Compile budgets and track office expenses, as well as oversee office needs.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Assist with employee congratulations and maintain office communication.
  • Ensure the office space is well-maintained and organized.
  • Input and manage data in spreadsheets and databases.
  • Assist in various projects, including research, documentation, and coordination.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality in all office matters.
