We are now looking for an  IT Service Desk Agent with English  for our EMEA IT Department. IT Department consist of processes from three fields including services, applications and projects. Teams within Gdańsk BSC are EMEA Region Service Desk, SAP Support as well as Sharepoint team. IT team in Gdansk is serving Kemira globally.

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership.

In this role you will be responsible for:

assisting our internal and external clients in resolving their technical issues or fulfilling their requests in order to secure smooth day to day operations

What you’ll bring to the team:

position requires fluent English experience in similar position in IT Services good practical knowledge of Microsoft tools good communication and interpersonal skills same or similar field education would be an asset
