The Global Service LEAN team plays a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth within our Service Business. Our team is responsible for coordinating strategy deployment processes, developing global concepts, and implementing breakthrough improvements using world-class methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities
As a Service Lean Specialist Offshore, you will be part of a diverse team of Lean Professionals and Specialists working across various geographical regions to enhance the Operational Excellence maturity of our Service business. Your main responsibilities will include:

Analyzing performance data and root causes to understand and explain financial impacts Coordinating small to medium improvement projects focused on work methods and processes in turbines, offices, and warehouses Facilitating Kaizen events and follow-up sessions to identify and sustain improvements Implementing predictive maintenance solutions to enhance operational efficiency Deploying Lean tools and assessing training needs to ensure effective use and understanding Reducing operational costs through systematic process improvements

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have:

Bachelor's degree or higher Fluent English Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement, with a proven track record of achievements Experience in supervising small to medium projects within an international, cross-functional environment Strong analytical skills and proficiency with IT tools to effectively communicate performance data and financial impacts Experience with Lean methodologies in diverse environments, such as manufacturing and transactional settings

Competencies

Willingness to travel across the North Sea & Baltic Sea (mainly Poland, Germany, Denmark & potentially other Baltic states) and maintain regular contact with colleagues in different countries and time zones Proficiency in following up on tasks and projects across various regions Superior written and verbal presentation and communication skills
