Agent in Back Office Post Exchange – M/F/D

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

Processing of claims and investigations for related product and processes (mainly credit transfers and direct debits) Monitoring and reconciliation of nostri and internal accounts including justification and regularization action Processing of charges and corrections Cooperation with other Departments of Société Générale Preparing reports and statistics as part of local regulatory obligations and internal rules

Profile required

We expect from the candidates:

B2/C1 English High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment and very good organization of work Ability to work in a team as well as independently Intellectual curiosity and ability to take initiative At least Bachelor's degree or work experience in a bank/financial insitution Knowledge and understanding of banking products and settlements (SEPA, SWIFT, Target) especially in commercial payments will be an added value At least basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word Authorization to work in Poland
