About the role
People Services Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees as well as HR Partners in a respective region. You will be responsible for complex problem resolution and case management for a designated region. You will be delivering HR processes and, in some regions, also covering benefits, time and attendance and some payroll activities. You will liaise with HR Partners and CoEs to deliver timely and quality service.
What You will do
Assist employees and HR Partners on global processes and generic questions on benefits, payroll, compensation and HR policies. Perform Workday entries and corrections as requested by employees, Talent Acquisition and HR Partners. Provide self-service support if needed. Maintain (create, update) SOPs and respective HR articles to ensure these are reflecting current processes. Achieve set KPIs and goals, adhere to established customer service standards. Perform special projects as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
Who You Are
You are experienced Analyst and you worked in advanced GBS/SSC/BPO organization. You are able to work in global team environment and communicate effectively with internal and external business partners of all levels & disciplines . You pay attention to detail and you have strong analytical skills.
Required skills
Previous experience (at least 1 year) in general human resources / benefits/ payroll; Ability to understand, interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures and ability to deliver excellent customer care for complex queries; Critical thinking, problem solving and judgement skills; Ability to deliver excellent customer care; Service-oriented attitude and willingness to train other team members; Good listening skills and patience to work with all types of employees; Ability to maintain a positive attitude; Individual should have high energy with the ability to organize / prioritize workload. Technical skills, basic IT skills and knowledge Good business English is a must. Additional languages eg: Portuguese, Spanish, German is a strong plus
