Stanowisko to oferuje pracę w międzynarodowej firmie, która działa w dziedzinie innowacyjnych usług dedykowanych sieciom handlowym i producentom z branży FMCG. Praca polega na zapewnieniu skutecznego funkcjonowania usług dostarczanych klientom firmy NIQ Brandbank oraz na bliskiej współpracy z działami handlowym i operacyjnym, aby osiągnąć cele sprzedażowe firmy.

Obowiązki 

· budowa długotrwałych relacji biznesowych z klientami po stronie producentów;

· udzielanie wsparcia i odpowiedzi na zapytania klientów przychodzące drogą telefoniczną, e-mailową lub przez czat online;

· rozwiązywanie problemów klientów i udzielanie informacji dotyczących produktów lub usług firmy;

· realizacja przydzielonych KPI;

· bieżąca realizacja ustaleń sprzedażowych u klienta we współpracy z działem handlowym;

· ścisła współpraca z działem operacyjnym firmy.

Wymagania:

· preferowane doświadczenie w obszarze obsługi klienta lub pracy w dziale handlowym;

· wysoka umiejętność komunikacji werbalnej i pisemnej w języku polskim;

· umiejętność komunikacji w języku angielskim będzie dodatkowym atutem;

· doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne, empatia i zdolność do budowania pozytywnych relacji z klientam;

· zdolność do szybkiego przyswajania wiedzy związanej z produktami lub usługami firmy;

· zdolność do efektywnego zarządzania czasem, priorytetowania zadań i pracy pod presją;
