AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

As a Territory Manager at AWS you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology.
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
Key job responsibilities- Work with demand generation, partner, marketing, business development and technical teams to manage and grow the Territory.
- Manage numerous existing and new accounts concurrently & strategically, meet or exceed revenue goals and targets.
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to AWS adoption and new business opportunities & create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS.
- Analyse metrics data to help evolve your business plan & manage entire lifecycle of key opportunities from adoption to closure.
- Accelerate customer adoption through building and driving relationships with C-level executives and other decision makers.
- Several years of technology sales, business development, or complex IT solutions experience.
- High level of understanding of Cloud Technology.
- Ability to work cross functionally & ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian or Slovenian.
- In-depth knowledge of the SMB or ENT market in the Balkans.
- Engineering or computer science degree.
- Literacy in Salesforce.
