Key Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who has a wide network of contacts which would translate into effective sales.
The job is based throughout Europe and the company provides all necessary tools.

- Acquisition of new customers in Europe in the field of services:
- Waterjet cutting, plasma cutting of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel
- Laser cutting of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, carbon steel, aluminum
- Punching of elements from the above-mentioned steel grades
- Bending, welding and further processing of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, carbon steel, aluminum
- Seeking, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and foreign partners
- Regular contact with customers, partners and suppliers
- Securing firm production orders and long-term contracts
- Preparing calculations and commercial offers based on customer technical documentation
- Provision of raw materials for orders or contracts
- Technical and commercial consulting
- Arranging and negotiating contracts related to the performance of services
- Close cooperation with technology and planning departments
- Market analysis and competitive analysis
- Preparation of reports on the course of work performed
- Responsibility for the sales and commercial process
- Business trips within Europe
- Taking care of the good image of the company
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry related to laser cutting, waterjet cutting, plasma cutting, bending and machining services for stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, aluminum and carbon steel
- Very good knowledge of the market related to the demand for laser cutting, waterjet cutting, plasma cutting and bending services for various grades of steel
- Higher education, preferably technical
- Knowledge of the steel industry (grades, materials, manufacturers)
- Experience in customer acquisition and commercial negotiations
- Readiness to work in Europe
- High personal culture
- Ability to work in a team
- German language skills would be appreciated
- Good knowledge of CAD/CAM, AUTO CAD and Microsoft Office environment
- Knowledge of Trumpf / Trutops brand software (Calculate, FAB, Boost) will be an added advantage
