If you like contact with people from different parts of the world and would like to prove yourself on the customer service front, it is a good thing, because we are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist. Your shift will cover hours from 2pm until 10pm.
Your duties will include:
Providing friendly and dialogue-oriented support to Prowly customers
Responding to Prowly customer inquiries in the following channels: chat, email
Ongoing handling of inquiries and requests sent via Slack
Assistance in projects carried out in the department or in cooperation with other departments, and over time, running your own projects
What we expect:
Any experience in customer service
Advanced knowledge of English and Polish languages in speaking and writing
Well-developed communication skills
Creative approach to the implementation of tasks
Openness to work in a dynamic environment with a lot going on
Multitasking ability
Bonus/nice to have:
Experience in working on a ticket system
Knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Jira or Confluence
US customer service experience
Experience and understanding of key challenges in businesses based on the SaaS model
What we offer:
Salary (based on an employment contract) - ranges of PLN 5500 - 7000 gross, depending on your experience
