IT Customer Support Agent with German Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities As an IT Customer Support Agent, you will be solely focused on supporting internal users regarding technical queries related to a specific system or application. You will be on the frontline, answering technical questions and delivering problem solutions through various channels (phone, emails, tracking tool), granting accesses, fulfilling service requests, navigating users through the system functionalities, and distributing request to other departments involved in the process.

✈️ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
✈️ Being a competent support regarding procurement domain
✈️ Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support in English (B2) and German (C1)
✈️ Communicating and building a good relationship with team and our customers
✈️ Acknowledge and resolving customer requests
✈️ Fulfilling requests with accuracy and attention to details
✈️ Maintaining process database and documentation
✈️ Cooperating with colleagues from the team and other departments to provide the best service
✈️ Working with Product Manager responsible for respective system to better understand the technical background
✈️ Taking part in building strong IT 1st level support for entire Lufthansa Group
✈️ Troubleshooting problems related to system and applications, Data related issues, mapping specific issues
Our requirements To get there, you'll need a deep understanding of the customer's concerns, pain points, and desires. The team will rely on you for your dedication to details, customer centricity and openness to learn.

Qualifications:
✈️ Excellent communication (German C1 and English B2) skills in intercultural environment
✈️ Master/Bachelor degree
✈️ Previous customer service experience
✈️ Previous corporate experience
✈️ High level understanding of technical aspects
✈️ Knowledge related to domain (Procurement)
