About the Role

This challenging opportunity as a Key Account Manager will see you working closely with other members of the sales, Omnichannel, Marketing (Trade marketing), and Operations team to build organizational synergy to successfully close the sales cycle and offer a great customer experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage customer relationships with Retailers to understand their needs and develop plans to meet both Avon and customer expectations.
  • Find and onboard new retailers, both offline and online.
  • Develop negotiation strategies to achieve business goals, including terms of cooperation negotiations.
  • Monitor competition activities, manage promo budgets, and track promotion results, merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales and key KPIs based on available reports, tools, and own initiative of growth hacking.
  • Develop and implement budget plans, taking into account the Omnichannel environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position with proven success, preferably in the cosmetics industry and drogerias.
  • Experience working with offline and online clients.
  • Ability to plan and organize work, set priorities, and drive channel strategy and selecting business priorities.
  • High negotiation and analytical skills, creativity, flexibility, and ability to create aggregated reports and make independent decisions based on acquired data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and English speaking abilities.
  • Open to frequent travel.
