About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Value Enablement Office as a Governance Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing and overseeing key processes, working with project managers to ensure quality reporting, and collaborating with global stakeholders to implement PMO processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee key processes within the Value Enablement office, including project approval gates, project baselining, go-live readiness, change control, and demand management.
  • Work with project managers to ensure quality reporting on project progress via the PPO tool.
  • Ensure relevant data flows to PowerBi dashboards.
  • Collaborate with PowerBi developers on system changes and alignment to reporting tools.
  • Work with global stakeholders to implement and execute PMO processes.
  • Run the global change control board across +100 projects.
  • Create materials for trainings on Value Enablement Office governance and processes.
  • Conduct trainings with project managers where possible.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the portfolio management tool used for reporting (PPO).
  • Build and maintain a knowledge hub for project managers.
  • Create and run audits of the reporting tool, execute on findings.
  • Conduct regular reviews of projects with project managers where data in the system requires cleaning.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of project management methodologies – waterfall and agile.
  • Previous experience as PMO Lead and/or similar.
  • Experience in implementation and running PMO-type processes across a large group of project managers.
  • Good understanding of PowerBi capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in the industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities.
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
