Administrative Coordinator in HR and Corporate Services

A successful candidate will provide administrative support in HR procedures, analyse data in HR payroll systems, and perform various tasks linked to the post.
About the Role:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, monitoring functional mailboxes, and communicating with internal and external parties. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of MS Office software, excellent communication skills, and a high level of responsibility and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support in HR procedures;
• Analyse data in HR payroll systems in accordance with the EU legal framework;
• Monitor functional mailboxes and communicate with internal and external parties;
• Carry out HR payroll data entry and support administration and monitoring of HR databases;
• Assist in preparing statistical data (tables, graphs, and charts);
• Support drafting notes, letters, reports, and follow-ups on documents;
• Support preparation of internal trainings;
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as archiving, copying, scanning, etc.;
• Assist in organisations of online and physical meetings and drafting minutes as necessary;
Requirements:
• Education: successfully completed secondary education related to business needs;
• Work experience: at least 1 year of professional experience in specific area depending on business needs;
• Computer skills: very good skills in main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Language skills: very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2) / knowledge of additional EU language;

• High level of responsibility and ability to work independently;

• Ability to work under pressure and experience in organising work and prioritising accordingly;
• Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels internally and externally and in appropriate manner;

• Ability to learn new skills and software;
• Ability to work in a team;
