About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at LeasingTeam Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screens, prioritizes, dispatches and follows up on written requests and calls received from internal and external stakeholders;
- Responsible for managing and updating the delegation contacts list;
- Manages appointments and organizes meetings for the management team with internal and external stakeholders;
- Takes minutes of meetings and tracks and follows-up on agreed deadlines with stakeholders;
- Writes formal and informal correspondence in Polish and English for validation by the management team;
- Shares and files documents for the management team, creating electronic and paper files, and maintaining an updated inventory;
- Ensures all electronic documents sent to the delegation's shared email box and all paper documents received are shared with relevant staff members;
- Organizes and manages the use of collaborative information management tools and databases;
- Leads the maintenance of the delegation's intranet page and contributes to implementing information management projects or programs;
- Briefs new staff on information management and organizes regular training or information sessions;
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant in a similar field;
- University degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or Public Administration, or equivalent training or experience;
- English minimum C1 level and full professional fluency in Polish;
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and IBM Lotus Notes;
- Employment contract, one-year contract with possibility of further extension, and a competitive salary;
