About the Role

  • Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll provide daily administrative support to our Central Europe employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
  • You'll handle incoming calls, electronic communication, and shipping of courier parcels and documents, as well as order and manage office supplies.
  • As part of our collaborative team, you'll assist in organizing business trips, meetings, and company events, and provide diversified administrative support to colleagues and guests.

Requirements

  • Administrative experience gained within a busy international company.
  • MS Office excellence, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Fluent in Polish language and very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
