Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at DSV. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including reception, correspondence, and documentation management.
- Organize and coordinate internal events, meetings, and business trips.
- Liaise with management, employees, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support the organization of our office, ensuring a comfortable and ergonomic work environment.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Native-level proficiency in Polish and advanced-level proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with MS Office and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under time pressure.
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
