Unilever is a leading consumer goods company seeking an experienced Account Manager Expert to drive sales performance and customer success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales/channel marketing, with at least 2 years' experience as a Key Account Manager. Strong financial management skills, advanced use of Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective customer plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Analyze sell-in & sell-out data to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct frequent business review meetings with customers to ensure alignment and progress towards targets.
  • Presentation development and delivery for clients.
  • Sales performance monitoring through daily and monthly reports.
  • Continuous evaluation of promotions and budget management.
Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, possess a solid understanding of SOL (Standards of Leadership) Behaviours, and be energized by delivering fantastic results.
