Position Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for:
- Processing incoming orders in SAP software
- Reviewing customers' orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions
- Cooperating with customers, sales, operations, and finance teams
- Invoicing customers according to relevant documentation
- Providing phone and email support to customers and sales teams
- Logging all order and logistics complaints from customers
- Processing corrections of invoices according to information provided by customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of an additional European language (German, French, Italian, Dutch, or Spanish)
- 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce (asset)
- MS-Office knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving attitude
