We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative with strong communication skills in both Ukrainian and English to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales opportunities. You'll work effectively to service, enhance, and build relationships with current and future customers, providing professional customer service to commercial, public sector, or consumer customers.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing and strategizing how to manage and upsell accounts, contacting existing customers to provide consultations, and working in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong problem-solving skills, the ability to navigate clients through campaign suggestions, and a passion for building strong, trusting relationships with clients.

We offer a competitive base salary of 6,500 PLN per month, with quarterly performance-based commission and additional benefits such as a generous relocation package, private medical care, and flexible working hours.

  • You'll report to Operations Manager and contribute to the success of the customer experience and overall team success.
