About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled BDM – Customer and BDM – Program professional to work in markets with limited critical mass, where we require both roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity under supervision.
  • Execute the Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share.
  • Develop solution and service offerings for key customers, including TaaS.
  • Drive sales from agreed vendor portfolios and identify new vendors for onboarding.
  • Negotiate and win key tenders and large deals.
  • Build positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders to establish TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor.
  • Increase customer loyalty and profitability.
  • Collaborate with FSE and vendors.
  • Support development of direct reports and/or BDEs.
  • Maintain full knowledge of assigned product/service lines.
  • Engage with key customers, vendors, and operational teams.
  • Manage people and develop skills (where applicable).
  • In smaller markets, the BDM will take on additional responsibilities, such as category management.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).

  • Experience with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Telephone sales skills.
  • Degree in a business-related subject is desirable.
  • Experience in people management and development is an advantage.

Salary: Approximately €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
