Global Sales Expansion Specialist

WeSub is revolutionizing the subscription economy, and we're looking for a talented International Sales Coordinator to join our team.
As an International Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our business in foreign markets, particularly in Switzerland and France.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales plans to increase visibility and revenue in target markets
- Managing a team of local Vendor Managers to ensure seamless cooperation between Polish and foreign teams
- Acquiring new customers and expanding into new markets
- Maintaining positive relationships with business partners and ensuring a positive company image
- Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Coordinating with business customers and establishing commercial conditions
- Concluding contracts and monitoring their execution
What we're looking for in a candidate:
- Experience managing international sales teams
- Familiarity with the French and/or Swiss market
- Proficiency in English and French, with Polish being a plus
- Strong managerial skills and ability to work with people
- Keenness to build lasting relationships with business partners
- Openness to business travel and a valid B driving license
- Commitment to achieving sales targets and focused on delivering results
