At Admitad GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Polish market.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global IT company that develops and invests in innovative advertising and monetization technologies. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development, with a strong background in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating deals;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans;
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the competition;
  • Identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiations, and marketing principles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions;
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
