At Admitad GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Polish market.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a global IT company that develops and invests in innovative advertising and monetization technologies. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
Responsibilities- Developing and implementing a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base;
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating deals;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans;
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the competition;
- Identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiations, and marketing principles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions;
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- A competitive salary: approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year (based on experience);
