Enterprise Client Engagement Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client engagement team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise clients by working closely with internal teams to align strategies and deliver seamless solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with NielsenIQ's solutions.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver seamless solutions that meet client needs.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, coordinating calls and meetings as needed, in collaboration with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to ensure clear and accurate exchange of information.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client concerns efficiently, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Fluency in both English and French
