At Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC, we're looking for a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide daily administrative support to our Office Manager and Central Europe employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take care of the correct flow of information and office documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls and electronic communication.
  • Ship courier parcels and documents.
  • Order and manage office supplies, cooperate with suppliers, and negotiate prices.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, keep order in conference rooms.
  • Organize business trips for employees, including flights, trains, and hotels.
  • Provide diversified administrative support to colleagues and guests.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Support the Office Manager in everyday tasks.
  • Catalog and archive company documents and contracts.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • MS Office excellence (EXCEL, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent Polish language.
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in administration would be a strong asset.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Communicativeness and a positive attitude.
  • Commitment and diligence in the performance of duties.
