Key Responsibilities

As an Office Assistant, you will provide daily administrative support to the Office Manager and Central Europe employees. Your tasks will include:

  • Taking care of the correct flow of information and office documentation.
  • Handling incoming calls and electronic communication.
  • Shipping courier parcels and documents.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, cooperating with suppliers, and negotiating prices.
  • Preparing meeting agendas and keeping order in conference rooms.
  • Organizing business trips for employees, including flights, trains, and hotels.
  • Providing diversified administrative support to colleagues and guests.
  • Assisting in the organization and coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Supporting the Office Manager in everyday tasks.
  • Cataloging and archiving company documents and contracts.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with administrative experience gained within a busy international company. Ideally, you'll have:

  • MS Office excellence (EXCEL, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent Polish language skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in administration would be a strong asset.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Communicativeness and a positive attitude.
  • Commitment and diligence in the performance of duties.
