Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our EMEA Accounting & Control organization. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our finance and accounting teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support related to purchase requisitions and vendor invoice management in financial/procurement systems.
- Coordinate with the EMEA Corporate Secretarial Services provider, including managing activities related to change requests and signature requests.
- Maintain the EMEA country-specific policies for record retention and guide the process of annual document destruction.
- Provide support for various other activities, including requesting legal- and tax-related documents from governmental organizations and arranging travel.
Requirements
- 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably within an accounting/finance department.
- Understanding of basic accounting terminology and audit and compliance documents.
- Mastery of the English language.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Eye for detail and ability to handle confidential information.
