We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Editorial Coordinator to join our team at MDPI. As an editorial coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the editorial process for our academic research journals.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the peer-review process for submitted manuscripts and coordinate editorial decisions
  • Handle email communication between parties involved in the publication process
  • Collaborate with other members of the editorial team and production team

Requirements:

  • Possession of a degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong English skills in written and spoken language - at least B2 level
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Very good communication and coordination skills
  • Poland residence permit
