Delante is a digital marketing agency with a strong focus on SEO and SEM services. We work primarily with e-commerce clients from around the world, recognized globally for our search engine optimization expertise. Each month, we expand our international customer base.

We are a team of experienced professionals, and now we are seeking a Sales and Customer Relationship Consultant to join our Sales Team.

Our team attracts clients from all over the world. We are passionate about our work and strive to share this enthusiasm with our customers. From the outset, you can expect the support of Ashley and the entire international team, as well as a comprehensive induction to the role.

Work closely with Ashley & Nicole and help our customers achieve their business objectives.

About Our Sales Process
At Delante, we prioritize thought leadership and inbound marketing. Our skilled marketing team runs various marketing campaigns, delivering inbound sales leads across multiple channels. Once a potential client leaves their contact details and is positively verified as qualified, it is passed to a member of the Sales Team. The subsequent steps are:

  1. Video call with the client
  2. Proposal preparation (with support from delivery teams)
  3. Sales pitch
  4. Arranging the contract details
  5. Finalizing the contract
  6. The client is handed over to the delivery team.

About Your Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for closing the inbound sales leads as described above. Your daily tasks will include:

  1. Setting up introductory video calls
  2. Establishing good relationships with potential clients (CEOs, Marketing Directors)
  3. Running sales pitches
  4. Creating proposals and initial SEO analysis
  5. Responding to client inquiries
  6. Coordinating contract details

About Our Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales
  2. Proven track record of building positive relationships
  3. Excellent written and spoken English skills
  4. A positive mindset and attitude
  5. SEO or SEM knowledge is desirable, but not required

About Compensation

  1. Base salary of 9000 PLN net B2B
  2. Recurring commission based on sales performance
  3. Up to 5k PLN monthly bonus for meeting sales targets
