Drive Business Expansion as a Strategic Account Manager

Glovo is revolutionizing the way people connect with their everyday needs, and we're looking for a talented Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Poland.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow the On-Demand business, prioritize top accounts, identify solutions, and develop action plans to target and pitch them. You will be the lead in Poland for growing the On-Demand business, acting as the bridge between the local AM team and On-Demand HQ, managing partner relationships, and owning logistics as a service.

About the Role
  • Prioritize top accounts in each country, identify solutions that each partner needs, and develop an action plan for how to target and pitch them
  • Build proposals and lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties
  • Act as the bridge between the local AM team and On-Demand HQ, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Manage the activation and onboarding of partners during the implementation phase to ensure they can operate independently
  • Owning the relationship with the partner for everything related to the On-Demand solution, including financial control and profitability
  • Share feedback from partners with product and operations teams to generate improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Account Management
  • Strong commercial skills, customer-oriented, and sales-focused
  • Problem solver, data-driven, analytical, and able to understand software needs and translate between restaurant partners and technical teams
  • Accountability and ownership for sales and account management from start to finish, understanding the entire funnel and identifying where to take actions
  • Project management skills, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent Polish and English skills
