Job Title: IT Service Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team at T-Mobile. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians or vendors as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of T-Mobile's products and services to provide accurate and informative support.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT service management principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure Cloud.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
