Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians or vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of T-Mobile's products and services to provide accurate and informative support.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT service management principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure Cloud.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
