Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager to join our Video Production team at Playsense, a full-service creative agency and production house. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Oversee the workload of 20 team members, assigning tasks based on their skills and availability, and bringing in external vendors when necessary.
  • Capacity Optimization: Monitor the team's workload, identify bottlenecks, and adjust accordingly to maintain efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Verify payments and billing reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Support and Reporting: Provide day-to-day administrative support, act as a liaison between Producers and Production specialists, and regularly update the Head of Production and Team Supervisor on project progress and performance.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in video production, with experience in editing, motion design, or producing being a significant advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey updates and gather feedback effectively.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills, ensuring tasks are assigned efficiently and team members are aligned.
  • Financial Acumen: Familiarity with budgeting tools, billing reports, and vendor payment management.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate confidently in both spoken and written English.
  • Passion for Gaming: A genuine enthusiasm for video games.
