What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and execute plans for ServiceNow development projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external providers, to drive project success and manage internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to ensure project goals are met.
  • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices to continuously improve project efficiency and quality.
  • Plan and organize effective product and process adoption, including change management, training, and communication.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Proven experience in leading SCRUM projects, preferably in the SSC/BPO industry, with a strong understanding of the SNOW platform.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Relevant certifications in project management, such as PMI, SCRUM, or Prince.
