About the Role

Teladoc Health is a global leader in whole-person virtual care, and we're seeking a skilled Workplace Coordinator to join our team. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our employees, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Manage the distribution of mail, including DHL and Post Office shipping and receiving, and establish a mail sign-out system for packages.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner, relay messages to relevant departments, and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure the organization of office operations and procedures, including scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and IT equipment.
  • Support local site leaders with office-based events and projects, and perform other duties as required.

Requirements and Preferences

  • Superior customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, work under time constraints, and maintain consistency under stressful situations.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to provide direction to staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems.
