The Job

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to lead our customer-facing initiatives and drive sales growth. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that deliver results, building strong relationships with customers, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer business plans to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide customer-specific insights and recommendations
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategic plans to improve category performance
  • Lead negotiations with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with customers to deliver key metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in an FMCG environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Able to think strategically and drive business results
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver's license
