We are looking for a skilled English Speaking Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide accurate information about our services and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in SSC industry, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with proficiency in using email and customer service software.
