Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls and responding to emails in Romanian with excellent communication skills.
- Informing customers about available products and current promotional campaigns.
- Handling complaints and returns efficiently and professionally.
- Providing product advisory and guidance to customers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Romanian at level C1 or higher.
- High personal culture and a friendly attitude towards customers.
- Availability during helpline working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00).
- Knowledge of basic computer programs.
